Support the development of in-demand enterprise and employability skills such as self leadership, positive communication, critical thinking, and effective conflict resolution and time management skills. Our flexible learning and development program focuses on individual development to create high-functioning and high-performing teams.
1. Self-Directed Learning over 12 weeks
Self directed learning through our interactive and engaging online toolkit. We make sure the program fits in with existing study, work and life commitments.
2. One-on-One Coaching
Participants are matched with an accredited leadership coach to support them to apply the learning to their program goals. Each participant whether in a group or individual setting receives 4 X 30 minute online sessions.
3. Group Workshops
Group based programs also participate in 5 facilitated workshops to connect and learn with peers. Giving groups the opportunity to reflect on progress and the goals and skills learnt across the cohort.

Whilst our programs are a preventative measure for building healthy wellbeing, our programs are not appropriate for crisis help - if you are feeling distressed now, or are concerned about someone else, there are people who can help at any time of the day, or night.

Generation Thrive’s Personal Leadership Program helps to improve the performance, wellbeing, and engagement of employees, by equipping them with the in-demand enterprise and employability skills to thrive in the workplace.
By focusing on upskilling participants with skills that go beyond the technical, we help create a more productive, engaged, and optimistic workforce, ready to adapt to any change or challenge they face.

Thrive at Work equip participants with a number of professional and personal development skills that are transferable across multiple domains including:

In addition to learning and reflecting on the online modules, employees get their very own accredited coach that will help them to make the most out of this program.
Together they will identify professional and personal goals and tailor the approach to these.
During the program, participants will have four, 30-minute coaching sessions on Zoom.

Self-paced means that you get to work through the modules at your own pace over the duration of the program.
Thrive at Work Program runs over a minimum of 12 weeks with a suggested 2 hour per week time commitment.
Participants will need to attend regular 1:1 coaching adn group mentoring sessions throughout the program.
