Thrive@Life helps young people take positive control of their life. Using practical tools that develop skills and strategies in areas of enterprise, wellbeing, resilience and leadership, our program helps participants improve their confidence, motivation, and relationships with educators, other adults and peers. Our program raises aspirations, providing one-to-one coaching to assist with goal planning, and helping them build the habits and skills to achieve them. We support young people to thrive their way.

  • 8 Week Program

    An eight week Personal Leadership Program designed specifically for young people, which helps them build habits, attitudes and skills for success, and certifies them as a personal leader.

  • The Skills They Need

    Each week they will acquire in-demand skills such as critical and creative thinking, positive communication, organisational skills and digital literacy. But best of all, they will be able to apply these skills in their life and see they actually work.

  • 8 Self-Paced Modules

    While they will participate in one-to-one coaching fortnightly, the rest of the program can be completed around study, work and life. Participants need to allow three hours per week - making the program fit in, and around, them and their needs.

  • Evidence Based

    Our program is underpinned by a range of psychological theories, including cognitive behaviour approaches, motivation, social learning theory and positive psychology. It is also built on our 24 years of experience working with, and learning from, young people.

  • One-to-One Coaching

    We understand that participants have goals that are personal to them, so our program includes four 30-minute coaching sessions. The coach will work one-to-one over Zoom to help participants build the habits and skills required to achieve their goals.
